Pebble Beach Resorts do not disappoint. Food, service and ambience are great. We had the KOROBUTA PORK "SCHNITZEL" and it was absolutely the best mix of flavors.
Bougie lunch! Sitting outside is key on a beautiful fall day. We all opted for salads and refreshing cocktails. Everything was well-balanced and crafted with care. There are no umbrellas, so if you are averse to direct sun, then you may want to opt for indoor dining. The view is equally as beautiful. A must-stop during your 17 Mile Drive!
This is FABULOUS!!! Would you expect anything less from Pebble Beach??? We were in Carmel for a month so this was a staple in our "let's go out & grab a lil something" PLUS guests ALWAYS want to see/go to PB. Even if it's cloudy, the Bench is GR8! Every server was well informed, polite & willing to please, again would you expect anything less from Pebble Beach? All the food was served hot, try the bubble bread we also appreciated recommendations as they work there, they know what's good If you're not in Carmel, make you way to PB, possibly the most beautiful places in the world, and free parking too
I thought they would have brunch, but we had a nice lunch instead! Made an 11:30 Sunday reservation on their website, and it was quiet then but filled up by 1:30pm. The views are breathtaking, even on a cloudy day, and I love all the natural light inside the atrium. The corn is rich, but good. The nicoise & BLT salads were delicious! The organic mushroom flatbread pizza was yummy, pretty large - enough to share that for a table of four plus an appetizer. The stars seemed to be the desserts - the carrot cake was special with the carrot ice cream and ribbons, the cake was warm & moist. And the blackberry semifreddo was refreshing and light. Plus the staff was really nice! We will be back. :)
More like 4.5 stars. The space is beautiful and the service was good overall. The 4.5 was due to lack of crust on the short rib. The flavors were great. This place is expensive, but I think this part of California is just expensive. Cool spot, good food and drinks.
Walked in on a Saturday for lunch and were able to be seated within 20 minutes. We got a table at one of the outside tables with a fire pit. It was a gorgeous day and maybe a little too sunny to be outdoors but still loved the view. The food was so good. Very picturesque and everything was executed well. The mushroom flatbread was perfectly umami and well seasoned. The chopped salad was just as good to balance out the heavy carbs. Will definitely be back and will hopefully try to come for dinner to enjoy the tabletop firepit!
If you are craving a bite with some strong cocktails and you happen to be around Pebble Beach, stop at The Bench! The views from the patio seating are incredible. The indoor bar scene is relaxing as well. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated, I did have reservations. The street corn and the beets were incredibly flavorful and clean, nothing was overly salty or oily. The spicy pepperoni flatbread/pizza was crispy and crunchy with the right doughy chew, same with the Hawaiian flatbread both are a winner. The star of the show was the strawberry cobbler, holy moly it blew us away! So refreshing and light, just the right sweetness and the combination of warm and cold. Just get it. Again, the servers were all so friendly and we received our drinks and meals quickly! Enjoy my friends!
Made lunch reservation - ordered lavender lemon drop which was perfect. For appetizer - ordered margarita pizza which was tasted delicious! The ordered the Korean style brisket sandwich- which took a bit long to arrive therefore sandwich was a bit cold. Since went during lunch time rush, service was a bit slow. If you show your receipt for the 17 mile drive, spend $35 on food and the restaurant is able to deduct $12 from your check. A bit pricey but highly recommend!
Amazing spot close to the 18th hole to soak in the beautiful view of this amazing cove at what better spot in the worlds most famous "pebble beach" golf course! Grab a seat outside and sip on your favorite beverage by the table side f"ire pits" and grab some great food while doing it. Gotta say it's pretty epic. Unfortunately no bag pipes (that's at Spanish Bay). But non the less amazing !!!
